Tigellae

To give them their unique taste and texture, our Roman-style, wood-fired pizzas are made with a mix of flours; wheat flour, rice flour, soya flour and sourdough.

The dough is then proved for 72 hours and topped with the best quality ingredients: fior di latte mozzarella from Naples, vegetables grilled fresh by us and meats we cure ourselves.

Our pizza kiosk is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5pm to 9pm at The Harewood Arms in Broadbottom. 

You can enjoy your pizza in the pub or take it away from the kiosk (collection only). Pre-booking is strongly advised.
